Briefly Describe the Work:
Responsible for planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with broad requirements in Multidomain Operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center. Oversees testing and training events, INNG infrastructure and IT support, and multi-domain range complex integration. Coordinates across internal functional elements and external contributing agencies to establish responsibilities, manage expectations, and control project budgets and schedules.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects in Multidomain Operations with a focus on Electronic Warfare.
- Secondary focus/experience in Cyber Operations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and internal functional units.
- Proven ability to control and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Desired Skills:
- Background and experience in Intelligence Operations, Land Operations, Air Operations, Sea Operations, and Space Operations.
Relevant Certifications:
- PMP certification (or equivalent Project Management credential)
