- Customize/configure platforms, specifically Salesforce CRM, to ensure 100% user adoption and role-specific attribute management
- In collaboration with leadership across all groups, develop staff performance reporting and identify the targeted KPIs
- Typical Office Conditions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a sports management, marketing, business analytics, CRM or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in CRM and other sales enablement software
- 1-2 years’ experience managing junior staff
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with sports sales technology platforms such as Fevo, Spinzo, LAVA, Outreach, or similar tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Moderate proficiency in SQL
- Understanding of sports ticket sales methodology and cycles
- Base salary range $70,000-$90,000 per annum
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
