New Jersey employers in pharma, financial services, and technology typically require a bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field. No state-issued license is required, but proficiency with Salesforce and data tools is treated as a near-mandatory qualification by most New Jersey hiring managers.
How much do sales operations managers make in New Jersey?
Sales operations managers in New Jersey earn a median of about $173,020 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $103,580 for the lowest 10% to over $308,630 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales operations managers in New Jersey?
Employers hiring sales operations managers in New Jersey right now include ADP, OTIS, and UTRON, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. New Jersey's dense concentration of pharmaceutical headquarters, financial services firms, and enterprise technology companies makes it one of the more active states for this role in the northeast.
Which New Jersey cities have the most sales operations manager jobs?
Bridgewater, Boonton, and Roseland account for the most sales operations manager openings in New Jersey. Newark anchors demand through its financial services and logistics sectors, Princeton draws heavily from the pharmaceutical and biotech corridor along Route 1, and Parsippany reflects the large number of corporate and technology company regional headquarters clustered in Morris County.
Are there remote sales operations manager jobs in New Jersey?
Yes, and more than most fields, because sales operations work is primarily data-driven and systems-based rather than on-site. The most realistic entry path is starting as a sales operations analyst or sales support coordinator at one of New Jersey's large pharmaceutical or financial services employers, where rotational associate programs at companies like Johnson & Johnson or Prudential Financial provide structured exposure to commercial operations. A Salesforce Administrator certification gives candidates without direct experience a concrete, verifiable skill that New Jersey hiring managers treat as an indicator of readiness. Moving laterally from a business analyst or marketing operations role is also a well-worn path at mid-size New Jersey technology firms.
Where can I find and apply to sales operations manager jobs in New Jersey?
