Are you comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and asking for the business? Tucker, Albin & Associates is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Denver-area office in Aurora.
We help businesses recover unpaid commercial receivables. In this role, you’ll connect with business owners and executives nationwide, identify their collection needs, and close new business. You’ll receive paid training, guaranteed pay plus uncapped commissions, and a schedule that gets you out at noon on Fridays.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound cold calls.
- Speak directly with business owners, executives, and financial decision-makers.
- Identify commercial collection needs and explain how our services can help.
- Present services, provide quotes, handle objections, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects and develop client relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Track contacts, conversations, and follow-up activity in our CRM.
- Meet established sales and activity goals.
What You Bring
- Experience in inside sales, business development, telemarketing, or outbound prospecting preferred.
- Confidence making cold calls to generate new business.
- Strong listening, communication, and closing skills.
- Persistence, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to accept coaching and apply feedback.
- Ability to work in person at our Aurora office.
Guaranteed Pay Plus Uncapped Commissions
$4,000–$5,000 per month in guaranteed pay ($48,000–$60,000 annually), plus uncapped commissions.
On-target earnings potential:
- Year 1: $70,000–$90,000 OTE
- Year 2: $90,000–$120,000 OTE
- Year 3: $120,000–$160,000 OTE
- Year 4+: $160,000+ OTE
OTE includes guaranteed pay and commissions. Actual total earnings depend on individual sales performance; OTE is not guaranteed.
