This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN
This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst on the RTR Corporate Accounting team reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting, you will focus on performing calculations and payments for union reporting, as well as reconciliations and research for audits for union reporting.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Perform monthly close and post close activities as relates to union reporting such as completing calculations for benefit contributions, preparing journal entries, submit A/P and wire requests, compile data for supporting union documentation.
- Partner with third-party service providers, like union representatives and auditors, to ensure all vital information is captured and approved.
- Review CBA's and annual rate change letters to ensure current rates are being used for calculations.
- Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and external auditors.

- Collaborate with your manager to establish specific goals and plans to prioritize project and department goals.
- Develop positive and cross-collaborative relationships with finance and corporate departments.

Identify and support process improvement opportunities and partner with the Transition and Automation teams where applicable.What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of work experience in Accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumif formulas)
- Understanding of and practical application of accounting principles
- Hybrid schedule from Memphis, TN
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience reviewing large amounts of data for accuracy and completeness Experience in PeopleSoft or Oracle

The pay range for this role is $52,500 – $75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
