Talent Acquisition Intern Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a talent acquisition intern in Colorado?
Talent acquisition intern roles in Colorado require no state-issued license or registration. The most common path is enrollment in an accredited Colorado college or university pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or organizational psychology, with programs at institutions such as the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and Metropolitan State University of Denver being well recognized by local employers. Completing relevant coursework in HR fundamentals and gaining experience through student HR clubs or campus recruiting teams strengthens your candidacy significantly.
Which companies hire talent acquisition interns in Colorado?
Employers hiring talent acquisition interns in Colorado right now include EchoStar, DaVita, and Modivcare, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's concentration of aerospace, technology, and large healthcare organizations means demand for intern-level recruiting support remains steady throughout the year, not just during traditional summer cycles.
Which Colorado cities have the most talent acquisition intern jobs?
The cities with the most talent acquisition intern openings in Colorado are Denver, Englewood, and Lakewood. The Denver metro drives the majority of listings because it is home to the corporate headquarters and regional offices of Colorado's largest employers in technology, financial services, and healthcare, while Boulder's concentration of growth-stage tech companies and Colorado Springs' defense and aerospace sector generate consistent recruiting intern demand as well.
Are there remote talent acquisition intern jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than many entry-level fields, since much of talent acquisition work involves phone screens, video interviews, and digital sourcing that translates well to remote settings. About 75% of talent acquisition intern openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and communication-heavy nature of the role. Sourcing, candidate outreach, and applicant tracking system coordination are the functions most commonly performed fully remote by interns.
How can I get hired as a talent acquisition intern in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying directly to structured internship programs run by Colorado's large healthcare systems and technology employers, which regularly recruit students with no prior HR experience. UCHealth, Children's Hospital Colorado, and major Denver-area tech firms post new-grad and first-internship roles that prioritize coursework over prior work history. Serving as a student organization president, career center volunteer, or campus ambassador translates directly into the coordination and communication skills hiring managers look for, and completing a SHRM student membership or relevant HR coursework gives your application a concrete edge.
Where can I find and apply to talent acquisition intern jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to talent acquisition intern jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current Colorado openings updated in real time. Search for roles that match your availability, location preference, and area of interest, then apply directly to the ones that fit. No profile creation is required to view or apply to listings.
