I opened my agency in 2017 after spending time as a middle school math teacher, bringing a strong foundation in education, patience, and problem-solving into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri, a former college golf player, and have been married for 21 years with three great kids. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
Our team includes two members, and we’ve built an office that values relationships, integrity, and doing the right thing every day. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our local church and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
For our team, we offer team lunches, free coffee, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and additional coverage including life insurance and short-term disability income policies for all team members. Our culture is built on integrity, hard work, and a positive attitude. We’re looking for people who genuinely love helping others and operate with integrity — everything else can be taught.

Account Associate Jobs in Missouri: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account associate in Missouri?
Most Missouri employers hire account associates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, though no state-issued license is required for the general role. Candidates pursuing insurance account work should obtain a Missouri Property and Casualty or Life and Health producer license through the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance. Entry-level candidates often move into the role from customer service, inside sales, or administrative coordinator positions with a Missouri-based employer.
Which companies hire account associates in Missouri?
Missouri account associate roles are posted by State Farm, Spectrum Brands, and Raytheon and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Missouri's concentration of major insurance carriers, financial services firms, and regional healthcare organizations means account associate hiring remains broad and consistent throughout the year.
Which Missouri cities have the most account associate jobs?
St. Louis, Kansas City, and Missouri have the most account associate openings in Missouri. St. Louis and Kansas City drive the bulk of demand given their large concentrations of corporate headquarters, insurance carriers, and financial institutions, while Springfield supports steady openings through its regional healthcare systems and insurance sector employers.
Are there remote account associate jobs in Missouri?
Yes, and they are fairly common for this role. About 50% of account associate openings tied to Missouri are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and communication-driven nature of the work. Client relationship management, inside sales support, and account coordination tasks tend to be the functions most frequently offered in remote or hybrid arrangements.
How can I get hired as a account associate in Missouri with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying to associate or coordinator-level openings at Missouri's large insurance carriers, financial services firms, or healthcare organizations, many of which run structured new-hire rotational or training programs. Employers like Centene Corporation and Edward Jones in St. Louis and Kansas City regularly post entry-level account roles for recent graduates. Moving laterally from a customer service representative or administrative assistant role within the same Missouri employer is another proven way in, and completing a Missouri producer license exam gives candidates a competitive edge for insurance-side openings.
Where can I find and apply to account associate jobs in Missouri?
You can find and apply to account associate jobs in Missouri on Migrate Mate, which lists current Missouri openings updated regularly. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your background and preferences, and apply directly through each listing.
