I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as an agent team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a strong foundation for building an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay and earned my master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, I’m married with two kids, and sports (especially football), are a big part of our family. I coach middle school football as well as flag football for younger kids, which gives me another opportunity to mentor, teach, and help others develop.
As a newer agency, we’re excited to become more involved in the community as we grow. We recently joined the local Chamber of Commerce and look forward to building relationships and finding additional ways to support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Carl Dodge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
