National Business Development Executive, Value-Based Care
Labcorp is seeking a remote, National Business Development Executive, Value-Based Care, to join our Team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage book of business for assigned national accounts and achieve annual revenue growth quota
- Drive Executive/C-Suite level sales with value-based care networks and large physician organizations
- Collaborate with internal Health Systems team leadership to advance product/program development and pilot implementations
- Develop contract strategies and sales collaboration with Labcorp regional health system sales teams
- Lead sales implementations of national accounts with divisional leadership, Regional Business Development Executives (RBDEs), and physician practice sales teams
- Serve as company resource and sales expert in lab-based population analytics and value-based care programs
- Frequent travel within the United States (up to 50%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 or more years’ experience creating and/or building strategic sales relationships in the life sciences space.
- 5 or more years of progressive people management experience, including direct team leadership, performance management, coaching, and oversight of skip-level reports in a complex, matrixed environment.
- 5 or more years of experience working with large-scale physician organizations, with demonstrated success navigating organizational structures, building executive relationships, and supporting value-based care or population health initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s in Business, Healthcare or Healthcare Management.
Additional Job Standards:
- Working knowledge of Value Based Care and Population Health
- Experience in and knowledge of the lab/diagnostics industry
- Experience in Value-Based Care Contracting or Management
- Experience working in clinical setting
- Experience combining clinical knowledge and healthcare operations
- C-Suite level sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
About the Role
LabCorp is seeking outstanding sales talent to drive big deals and advance relationships with some of the company’s largest customers. The Business Development Executive for National Accounts is part of the Health Systems commercial team and focuses on c-level contracting with value-based care networks (ACOs, MSOs, IPAs, CINs,) and large-scale physician organizations.
This position is deeply engaged in establishing Labcorp’s position in population health analytics, value-based care, and innovative care delivery models. The Business Development Executive for National Accounts is a highly visible role, works with leadership across the company, and has uncapped income potential.

Pay Range $160,000 - $190,000 annually + sales incentive plan
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
