Will handle daily responsibilities, including answering the phone, transferring calls as needed, taking payments, answering billing questions, sending ID cards, filing claims, certificates of insurance, mail, small administrative tasks, renewals, and requoting current accounts, etc.
Benefits offered after 90 days.
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Pay starts at a minimum of $20/hour but is negotiable based on experience.
Be hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a great attitude
Quick learner with the ability to work in a fun, rewarding, and fast-paced environment.
Flexible work schedule. Full benefits, paid time off, retirement plan.
Hold an active Missouri Insurance license. Preferred but not required, as long as you agree to obtain a license within 90 days.
A professional phone and in-person presence
Be able to work with business owners
Be hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a great attitude
Know insurance coverages and how to compare requested vs. quoted; preferred but not required.
Management experience preferred but not required.
