Align Your PMP Credentials to Healthcare Operations
Quest prioritizes Program Managers with credentials like PMP or Six Sigma who can demonstrate experience in regulated environments. Framing your background around clinical operations, supply chain, or lab services strengthens your application before you ever reach HR.
Target Roles Tied to Lab Network Expansion
Quest frequently opens Program Manager roles to support infrastructure and integration projects across its diagnostic network. Filtering for postings that mention patient services, lab operations, or system implementations puts you closer to teams with active sponsorship pipelines.
Confirm LCA Filing Before Accepting an Offer
Before signing, verify that your offer letter references a Labor Condition Application filed with DOL. Quest operates across multiple states, so confirm the LCA covers your specific worksite location, not just the company's headquarters address.
Understand How TN Status Fits Program Management
If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, TN status covers certain management and computer systems roles but requires the position to match an eligible USMCA category. Work with Quest's immigration team early to confirm your Program Manager title qualifies.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Openings
Program Manager postings at Quest can open and close quickly depending on project timelines. Use Migrate Mate to browse current openings filtered by sponsorship type so you're applying to roles where visa support is already confirmed, not assumed.
Time Your Application Around H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, Quest must register you with USCIS by the March lottery window. Start conversations with recruiters by January so there's enough lead time for internal approvals before the registration deadline closes.

Find Program Manager at Quest Diagnostics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quest Diagnostics sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The company has an established immigration process and works with legal counsel to file petitions for qualified candidates. If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, timing your offer and registration before the USCIS March lottery window is critical to avoid a full year's delay.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Quest Diagnostics?
You can apply directly through Quest Diagnostics' careers portal or browse current openings with confirmed visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by sponsorship type. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight project leadership in regulated or healthcare environments, as Quest Program Manager roles often sit within clinical operations, IT integration, or lab infrastructure teams.
Which visa types does Quest Diagnostics commonly use for Program Manager roles?
Quest sponsors H-1B visas for most international Program Managers and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students transitioning into full-time roles. For permanent residency, the company has used EB-2 and EB-3 PERM-based pathways. Canadian and Mexican citizens may also qualify under TN status if their specific role and title maps to an eligible USMCA category.
What qualifications does Quest Diagnostics expect for sponsored Program Manager roles?
Quest typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, information systems, or engineering, often paired with a PMP certification or equivalent. Practical experience managing cross-functional projects in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated industries is weighted heavily. Familiarity with clinical workflows, compliance frameworks, or enterprise system rollouts gives candidates a clear edge.
How do I know if a Quest Diagnostics Program Manager role will include visa sponsorship?
Not every posting explicitly states sponsorship eligibility, which creates uncertainty for international candidates. The most reliable approach is to confirm during the recruiter screening call whether the role is open to sponsorship and whether the team has sponsored the position before. Roles within Quest's technology, lab operations, and enterprise project management functions have historically been more sponsorship-friendly than general administrative program roles.
