INTRODUCTION
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
AI is no longer a future bet — it's happening now, and Snowflake is at the center of it. We are looking for a world-class Product Marketing Lead to own one of the most critical and visible positions on our AI product marketing team: leading Snowflake’s AI solutions plays end-to-end.
This is a senior lead role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and go-to-market strategy. You will own the narrative and the motion for how enterprise businesses discover, adopt, and scale AI through Snowflake's most strategic AI products — Cortex AI, Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex Code, and Agentic ML. You will shape how the world thinks about enterprise AI, and you will have the platform, the products, and the team to make it real.
This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We are building the market for enterprise-ready AI agents, and you will be part of the team leading that charge.
Own the AI Functions Product
- Serve as the category owner for AI functions at Snowflake — setting the narrative, defining market positioning, and building the GTM motion that drives awareness, pipeline, and adoption across the full product portfolio.
- Lead go-to-market launches for new AI features and capabilities — coordinating across product, engineering, communications, and demand generation to deliver launches that land with impact.
- Develop launch assets — messaging frameworks, demos, one-pagers, customer stories, blog posts, and event presentations — that speak to both AI buyers and practitioners.
Lead Snowflake’s AI Solutions Plays
- Own the end-to-end solutions plays: from positioning and messaging to launch execution and GTM strategy.
- Define the use cases, personas, and buying journeys that make enterprise AI adoption tangible and urgent for customers at every stage of their AI maturity.
- Partner with product management to ensure the solutions play is tightly aligned to the roadmap and translates technology capabilities into business outcomes customers care about.
- Build adoption programs that move customers from awareness to activation, working with customer success and growth marketing to track and accelerate feature usage.
- Partner closely with solution engineers and the sales organization to understand objections, competitive dynamics, and what resonates — then bring those learnings back into positioning and assets.
Partner with Industry & Partner Marketing to Drive Growth
- Collaborate closely with industry teams to integrate our AI messaging/narratives effectively into verticalized campaigns.
- Enable partner marketing with the latest strategies, assets, and enablement to drive ecosystem growth and revenue.
Partner with Growth Marketing on Customer Growth Strategies
- Work closely with growth marketing to build integrated campaigns that grow market awareness and generate pipeline for AI products.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve campaign performance and product-market fit signals.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience
- 15+ years in product marketing, cloud marketing, or technical GTM roles, with significant experience in enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, or developer-focused products.
- Proven track record of owning and executing high-impact GTM motions — not just contributing to them.
- Experience building and landing products in competitive, fast-moving markets where the category itself is still being defined.
AI & Technical Depth
- Working knowledge of ML, AI, and agent systems — you understand how LLMs, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and agentic workflows function and how they solve real business problems.
- Comfortable having conversations with data scientists, ML engineers, and AI architects, and equally capable of translating those conversations into executive-level narratives.
- Genuine curiosity about the AI landscape — you follow research, track competitors, and have opinions about where enterprise AI is headed.
Marketing Excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can write a crisp one-pager, build a compelling pitch deck, and deliver a keynote-level presentation with equal confidence.
- Master storyteller: you turn complex, multi-layered technical concepts into clear, outcome-oriented narratives that inspire action from both buyers and practitioners.
- Strong analytical mindset — you measure what matters, interpret results honestly, and use data to make better decisions.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Highly cross-functional — you build trust quickly, influence without authority, and bring people along through clarity and credibility rather than hierarchy.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels; you think big and ship fast.
- Low ego, high standards — you celebrate team wins, give credit generously, and hold yourself accountable.
Education
- BS/BA required; MBA or graduate degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
WHY SNOWFLAKE
Snowflake is one of the most consequential technology companies of this era — and the AI chapter is just beginning. Our platform is where the world's most important data lives, and we are building the AI layer that makes that data actionable. Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex AI, and our emerging agentic capabilities are not roadmap slides — they are shipping now, and enterprises around the world are building their AI futures on top of them.
But beyond the technology, Snowflake is a place where exceptional people do their best work. We are a high-performance culture that takes its values seriously: integrity, customer obsession, and a genuine commitment to the growth of every person on the team. We invest in our people, move fast with purpose, and celebrate the kind of bold thinking that changes markets.
If you want to own a category, shape a platform narrative, and help define how the enterprise world builds and uses AI — this is the role.
Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
