Position Purpose:
The National Accounts Sales Specialist - THD is responsible for overseeing national-level operations with The Home Depot, ensuring streamlined processes and effective communication. This role includes setting up new markets, maintaining pricing, and providing training for local territory managers and order coordinators, ensuring they are proficient in handling The Home Depot orders. Additionally, the position involves managing accounts receivable, assisting with large job quotes, handling SPS Commerce PO updates, addressing order entry and PO issues, and fielding customer service inquiries to optimize account performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence by efficiently managing The Home Depot (THD) daily operations at a national level to optimize account performance and growth.
- Strategically set up new markets in the Quote Center, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain and update pricing in the Quote Center, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency to support THD's strategic pricing initiatives.
- Elevate local market capabilities by delivering comprehensive training programs to Territory Managers and SRS Order Coordinators assigned to THD operations.
- Provide critical support in managing The Home Depot Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and alignment with financial objectives.
- Collaborate on large job quotes and special requests within assigned regions, delivering tailored solutions that meet client specifications and business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance of SPS Commerce purchase order updates, ensuring precise and current transactional data to support supply chain integrity.
- Enhance order processing efficiency by assisting with accurate order entry into Agility, supporting streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve purchase order errors and issues with THD stores, fostering strong retailer relationships and operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by expertly fielding and resolving inquiries from THD stores, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the THD and SRS sales teams in building relationships.
- Share data and other insights with the supported SRS markets.
- Become expert in each supported THD / SRS market.
- Form close partnership with Order Coordinators in supported markets.
- Exceed all KPIs and Sales goals.
- Support THD event coordination ensuring that all applicable events are attended and fully supported by SRS.

Salary Pay Transparency Statement
The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $61,200.00 to $97,800.00 annually. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, profit-sharing programs, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
