Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:
- Owning program offboarding for Deloitte and subcontractor resources, including LCAT verification and access request submissions
- Maintaining Excel trackers and PMO artifacts for onboarding, assignments, asset inventory, and team calendars
- Preparing meeting content, executive summaries, and action-item tracking for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing shared-mailbox communications and support coordination with cross-functional PMO teams
- Supporting sprint execution, ad hoc analysis, process improvement, and knowledge management initiatives

GPS Human Capital professionals support organizations in aligning workforce, training, and change efforts to operational and mission needs. The team works across application implementations and analytics initiatives to help end users adopt new capabilities through practical, role-based learning solutions. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience with program management, program tracking, action item tracking, risk and issue resolution, executive communications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting programs for federal government or Government and Public Services environments

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,700 - $127,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
