As a Project Administrator here at Honeywell, is responsible for administering and optimizing Honeywell’s Project Management System (PMS), coordinating 2–6 week customer engagements, and supporting operational excellence across Advanced Services.
You will report directly to our Sr Program Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Pittsford, NY, Atlanta GA, or Salem, OR location on an Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will act as a primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution, effective resource allocation, and accurate performance reporting. This role will also be a support for our Deal Desk group in assisting with the quoting for the Advanced Services teams by responding to requests for information and quotes for software solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers. Learning the features and capabilities of the OnGuard access control system, as well as the capabilities and offerings of the teams to help customers determine their needs and assess solutions. Working closely with engineers and management to develop solution proposals and scopes of work.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of direct customer‑facing experience, including project coordination, account support, design, development, or service.
- 1+ years of experience preparing quotations, supporting pricing activities, or performing cost estimating.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite.
- Effective project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of cost estimating principles, project scheduling, and requirements gathering.

The salary range for this position is ($48,000.00 - $72,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as both a project coordinator and quoting support specialist, adapting to team priorities as needed. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking quotations, coordinating customer requests, maintaining project documentation, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting the on-time and successful execution of projects.
- Apply a structured project management methodology for engagements across all Advanced Services departments.
- Coordinate all logistics and documentation for customer projects.
- Prepare and maintain management reporting including sales metrics, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs as needed.
- Facilitate communication and issue escalation regarding scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, or performance risks.
- Follow established quoting procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare and generate customer quotations based on pricing guidelines, product specifications, and customer requirements.
- Partner with sales representatives to understand customer needs and provide quote support.
