Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance functions of multiple branch locations within their assigned region. This role ensures that each branch operates efficiently, delivers high-quality care, and aligns with company goals, policies, and state/federal regulations. The Regional Manager will provide strong leadership, foster a culture of accountability, and drive growth by developing teams, building client relationships, and managing resources effectively.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Achieve business goals and revenue targets set for the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and execute business, marketing, and advertising plans to drive growth.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all branches within the region run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage operational budgets, staying within financial targets, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and increase cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and support Client Care Managers (CCMs) and other staff in the region.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, offering coaching and feedback to improve staff performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Client & Customer Relations
- Serve as the escalation point for high-level client issues, resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence across all branches within the region.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all branches adhere to local, state, and federal regulations as well as company standards.
- Maintain quality control and compliance with contracts held by the company.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain operational excellence.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work with the executive team to open new branch locations within the region, driving expansion efforts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive pressures.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to overall business strategy.
Other Duties
- Participate in company-sponsored education and leadership development programs.
- Regularly meet with market and branch leadership to discuss sales activities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare competitive market updates and maintain awareness of trends impacting the region.
- Ensure all employees adhere to the company's HIPAA privacy practices and business ethics policies.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by the executive team.
- Perform other duties as necessary or as assigned by leadership to support the overall financial health and goals of the company.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements
The work environment characteristics described represent those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment, with exposure to fluctuating temperatures, moderate noise levels, cleaning chemicals, airborne particles, and occasional outside fluctuating weather conditions.
- Ability to see color and have clear vision at 20 inches or less.
- Ability to regularly sit, utilize hands and fingers, reach (with arms), talk, hear, stand, lift, push, pull, perform repetitive tasks, work around moderate noise levels safely, and conscientiously carry at least 50 pounds without assistance, adhering to safety and lifting protocols.
- Ability to frequently balance, kneel, climb, stoop, and crouch.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; High School diploma/GED also required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the long-term care field (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Regional Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years supervising 5+ direct reports.
- Demonstrated success in operational management, client service delivery, and team leadership.
- Strong background in compliance, regulations, and standards within the long-term care industry.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including public speaking and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.

Schedule
Hours may fluctuate depending on organizational needs. Corporate office hours are Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime (OT) may be required.
