- Oversee beverage ordering, inventory management, and cost controls while maintaining appropriate par levels.
- Oversee kitchen operations through the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team to ensure adequate supplies, consistent food quality, and smooth daily operations.
- Support marketing and social initiatives in partnership with Sales to increase visibility and guest engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong guest database for continued outreach and relationship-building.
- Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary management team on menu planning and pricing decisions, balancing guest expectations, quality, and profitability.

- Complete and maintain performance evaluations for all Food & Beverage leaders in accordance with the standards established in their job descriptions.
