Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Sales Supervisor Jobs in Wisconsin: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales supervisor in Wisconsin?
Most Wisconsin employers expect candidates to have several years of direct sales experience before moving into a supervisory role. No state-issued license is required for general sales supervisors, but roles in financial products, insurance, or real estate require a Wisconsin-issued license through the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance or the Department of Financial Institutions. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing strengthens applications, and internal promotions from senior sales representative positions are the most common path.
Which companies hire sales supervisors in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin sales supervisor roles are posted by Warby Parker, Harbor Freight Tools, and Staples and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Wisconsin's concentration of manufacturing headquarters, regional insurance carriers, and specialty distribution companies means openings appear across a wide range of industries beyond traditional retail.
Which Wisconsin cities have the most sales supervisor jobs?
Madison, Hartland, and Pewaukee have the most sales supervisor openings in Wisconsin. Milwaukee drives the largest share through its density of corporate headquarters, financial services firms, and regional distribution operations, while Madison's growing technology and healthcare sectors fuel steady demand, and Green Bay's manufacturing and food-processing industries anchor hiring in the northeast corridor.
Are there remote sales supervisor jobs in Wisconsin?
Yes, but they're less common than in purely desk-based fields, since sales supervision typically involves in-person team coaching, store walkthroughs, or client-facing travel. About 0% of sales supervisor openings tied to Wisconsin are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote arrangements most often found in inside sales leadership, software or SaaS account management teams, and regional roles covering large geographic territories.
How can I get hired as a sales supervisor in Wisconsin with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is moving up from a high-performing individual contributor role, such as senior sales associate, account executive, or key account representative, at a Wisconsin employer that promotes from within. Large Wisconsin retailers, insurance carriers, and distributors regularly hire assistant sales managers or team lead roles that serve as structured on-ramps to full supervisory responsibility. Earning a relevant credential, such as a Wisconsin insurance producer license for roles in that sector, or building a portfolio of documented sales achievements, strengthens candidacy significantly for candidates without formal management experience.
Where can I find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Wisconsin?
You can find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Wisconsin on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, industry background, and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
