Which staffing companies sponsor visas in Texas?
Major staffing companies with Texas operations that sponsor work visas include Robert Half (with offices in Dallas, Houston, and Austin), Kelly Services, ManpowerGroup, Randstad, and Adecco. Tech-focused staffing firms like TEKsystems and Insight Global also sponsor visas for specialized recruiting roles in Austin and Dallas. Regional players like Genesis10 and AppleOne frequently sponsor H-1B visas for experienced recruiters and account managers.
Which visa types are most common for staffing roles in Texas?
H-1B visas are most common for specialized staffing roles like technical recruiters, business development managers, and workforce analytics specialists. TN visas work well for Canadian and Mexican nationals in recruiting coordinator and account management positions. O-1 visas are occasionally used for senior talent acquisition leaders with extraordinary track records in executive search or specialized industries like oil and gas recruitment.
How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international candidates with Texas staffing companies that sponsor work visas. Focus your search on the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Houston's energy sector staffing firms, and Austin's tech recruiting market. Filter by visa sponsorship status and target mid-to-large staffing agencies that regularly hire international talent for specialized recruiting roles in high-demand industries.
Which cities in Texas have the most staffing sponsorship jobs?
Dallas-Fort Worth leads with the highest concentration of staffing visa sponsorship opportunities, housing headquarters for major firms and serving diverse industries. Houston follows closely, particularly for energy sector recruiting and industrial staffing roles. Austin offers growing opportunities in tech recruiting and startup talent acquisition. San Antonio and Plano also show increasing demand for bilingual recruiters and specialized staffing professionals.
What are the prevailing wage requirements for staffing jobs in Texas?
Texas prevailing wages for staffing roles vary by metropolitan area and specialization. Dallas-Fort Worth typically has higher prevailing wages for senior recruiting positions compared to smaller markets. Technical recruiters and business development roles generally command higher prevailing wages than general staffing coordinators. Energy sector recruiting in Houston often requires higher wage levels due to industry specialization and competition for experienced professionals.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
