Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / IT Analyst to support enterprise applications and drive continuous improvement through data-driven solutions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, SharePoint solutions, and Power Automate workflows while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to enhance existing solutions and develop new capabilities.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, applications, and automation workflows.
- Support Power Platform initiatives including creating new databases and datasets, updating existing Power Automate workflows, enhancing and maintaining Power BI reports, and maintaining and improving Power Apps including reconnecting to new datasets.
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes through technology solutions.
- Power BI (35%) - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and data integrity. Translate business requirements into KPIs and visualizations. Manage datasets, refresh schedules, and security.
- SharePoint (40%) - Design and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. Build solutions for collaboration, data collection, and reporting. Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform tools. Maintain governance and documentation standards.
- Power Apps (15%) - Develop and maintain canvas or model-driven applications. Integrate with SharePoint and other data sources. Enhance user experience and troubleshoot applications.
- Collaboration & Support (10%) - Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions. Provide user training, documentation, and support. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT, Data Analytics, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar.
- Equivalent experience in roles such as Power BI Developer or IT Analyst considered.
- Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to design and deliver solutions based on business requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI development and reporting. Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online including lists, libraries, and permissions. Solid understanding of data analysis and business processes.
- Experience with Power Automate (flows and integrations). Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and governance.
- Experience working in project-based environments. Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or M365.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation practices.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $51.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
