The incumbent leads the implementation of these plans, analyzes their effectiveness, and fosters an environment where the interprofessional team is empowered to reach excellence. The role promotes evidence-based practices, professional nursing standards, and supports nursing practice advancement. The Assistant Manager is a member of the unit leadership team, overseeing operations staffing 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
