National Sales Coordinator – Sales Support & Customer Operations
Full-Time • Non-Exempt • Office-Based • Monday–Friday (Hybrid)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused National Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and the Outside Sales team—managing inbound inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for a high volume of inbound customer and Outside Sales inquiries related to product availability, pricing, order status, invoices, and order processing.
- Prepare and enter customer quotations into SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product availability, and documentation.
- Accurately process sales orders, including pricing, payment terms, freight terms, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate order confirmations and proactively notify customers of any updates or changes.
- Monitor open orders and backorders; follow up regularly to ensure accurate lead times and timely customer communication.
- Coordinate closely with inventory and supply chain teams to resolve held or delayed orders and provide detailed updates.
- Partner with Outside Sales representatives to support customer accounts and maintain strong internal collaboration.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and equipment to effectively support customers and sales initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in a call center or similar fast-paced setting preferred.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally engage with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-resolution abilities.
Technical & Systems Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and product information quickly.
Operational & Organizational Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to interpret company policies, procedures, and product information.
- Basic math skills, including calculating pricing adjustments, discounts, and freight percentages.

Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00-$26.00/hr
- 11 paid Holidays
