- Establish and oversee quarterly EMS training programs within the region.
- Chair and lead the regional Safety Committee.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Regional Director of Operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in EMS, healthcare, transportation, public safety, or a related service industry.
- Progressive leadership experience supervising an EMS workforce of similar size and complexity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Paramedic.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, personnel, and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of EMS leadership and industry experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and accountability.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
