Which Pennsylvania cities have the most sales development manager jobs?

Philadelphia leads because of its dense cluster of enterprise technology, financial services, and life sciences employers, while Pittsburgh's growing SaaS and healthcare technology sector drives consistent hiring there, and suburban markets like Malvern and King of Prussia add volume from major corporate headquarters in the Philadelphia corridor.
