We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at Snack’d, a fast-growing retail concept focused on viral snacks, trending products, and unique customer experiences.
This is not a passive management role. You will be expected to lead from the front, actively engage customers, drive upselling, and push your team to hit sales targets.
The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment.
Duties:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to meet and exceed sales goals
- Drive daily sales by promoting bundles, deals, and trending products
- Monitor and improve average order value (AOV) through upselling strategies
- Hold team members accountable for customer engagement and performance
- Actively sell on the floor and support the team during peak hours
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and restocking
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Train and coach employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Handle cash management, deposits, and basic reporting
- Manage scheduling, shift operations, and store standards
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or food leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
