Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person (Everett, WA)
Job Description:
We are searching for an exceptionally organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to serve as the ultimate right-hand support in our Everett office. In this in-person role, you will act as a vital copilot for a busy professional who is heavily engaged in business operations, family responsibilities, and community involvement.
If you are looking for a dynamic position that breaks the mold of a standard desk job, this is it. You will be the primary pillar of support, expertly coordinating logistics and guaranteeing that daily professional tasks, personal errands, and volunteer obligations are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is an elite multitasker, a highly effective communicator, and someone who takes genuine pride in making things run seamlessly.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Operations:
Oversee comprehensive calendar management, proactively preventing scheduling conflicts and confirming all obligations are fulfilled.
Compile, prioritize, and deliver a daily actionable to-do list to keep my workflow on track.
Attend meetings to record detailed minutes, identify action items for attendees, and follow through to guarantee task completion.
Arrange all logistics for business travel, including flights, accommodations, and local transit.
Maintain and structure digital filing systems within Google Workspace/Drive.
Execute routine office administration, handle incoming communications, and tackle special project requests.
Guarantee attendance at both personal and business appointments by providing timely reminders or occasionally driving me to ensure I arrive on time.
Act as a professional proxy and representative on my behalf when required.
Note: Occasional after-hours availability may be necessary for urgent, time-sensitive situations.
Personal, Household & Community Logistics:
Administer family and personal schedules, including booking dental and medical appointments for myself and my children.
Track, order, and pick up family prescriptions and medications.
Coordinate veterinary visits and manage overall care logistics for the family dogs.
Execute a variety of errands and personal tasks to ensure smooth household operations.
Supply organizational and administrative assistance for my active community volunteer initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Support:
Because PA responsibilities may not always consume a full 40-hour work week, flexibility is essential. We expect this role to proactively communicate with other team members and jump in to assist around the office. These secondary duties include, but are not limited to:
Pre-loading video game consoles (Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.) with games for our clients.
Assisting the team with packing and shipping outgoing orders.
Processing and adding new items into our inventory system.
Maintaining general office tidiness and organization.
Candidate Requirements & Skills:
Must hold a valid driver’s license and possess a personal vehicle for errand running (company insurance covers this work, and mileage is fully reimbursed).
Ability to successfully clear a comprehensive background check.
Unwavering discretion and a strict adherence to confidentiality.
Superior time-management, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
A self-starter mentality, capable of anticipating needs and resolving issues autonomously.
Highly proficient with digital office platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
An adaptable, positive "can-do" demeanor in a shifting environment.
Bonus: A strong enthusiasm for or interest in video games!
Compensation, Perks, & Benefits:
A competitive wage of $21.00 per hour.
A dynamic, engaging workplace where no two days are the same.
Paid Sick Leave (activates after 90 days of employment).
Paid Time Off (accrues from hire date, accessible after 6 months).

Personal Assistant Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a personal assistant in Washington?
Washington does not require a state-issued license or registration to work as a personal assistant, so the path to hiring runs through education and demonstrated experience. Most Washington employers expect at minimum an associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field alongside strong organizational and technology skills. Completing a certified administrative professional program and building experience through coordinator or office administrator roles are the most direct routes into personal assistant work in Washington.
Which companies hire personal assistants in Washington?
Companies currently hiring personal assistants in Washington include Sage Haus, Addus HomeCare, and Cowlitz Law Group PLLC, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Washington's concentration of large technology headquarters, major healthcare systems, and professional services firms creates consistent year-round demand for personal assistants at a range of seniority levels.
Which Washington cities have the most personal assistant jobs?
The cities with the most personal assistant openings in Washington are Vancouver, Camas, and Blaine. The distribution follows Washington's corporate and healthcare footprint, with Seattle and Bellevue generating the bulk of openings through technology company headquarters and financial services firms, while Redmond adds volume through large campus-based employers with significant administrative staffing needs.
Are there remote personal assistant jobs in Washington?
Yes, but they're uncommon. Personal assistant roles typically require in-person presence to manage schedules, handle physical tasks, and provide real-time support, which limits how many can be done remotely. About 20% of personal assistant openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those that are tend to focus on calendar management, correspondence, and travel booking rather than hands-on household or on-site executive support.
How can I get hired as a personal assistant in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an administrative coordinator, office assistant, or receptionist role at a Washington technology firm, hospital system, or professional services office, where you build the scheduling and communication skills employers expect. Large Washington employers like healthcare networks and university systems regularly hire for entry-level administrative support positions that lead into personal assistant roles. Earning a certified administrative professional credential and assembling a portfolio of organizational projects gives candidates without direct experience a clear edge in Washington's competitive market.
