- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Maintain company credit card system
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable
- Monthly accruals & journal entries
- Continuous improvement activity
- Other activities as assigned
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Accounts Receivable
- Daily processing of customer invoices
- Obtain proper documentation for each shipment
- Scan/Index shipping documentation
- Accurately and timely process and code invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Monthly accruals & journal entries
- Continuous improvement activity
- Other activities as assigned
NECESSARY SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level organization skills
- Comfortable going to production floor
- An associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or another relevant field is required. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
