Principal Jobs in USA with Visa Sponsorship
Principals in K-12 education are sponsored through H-1B visa at public school districts and private schools, with many public districts qualifying as cap-exempt government entities that file year-round without the lottery. The title also covers consulting firm principals at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG and principal engineers at Google and Amazon, both of which sponsor routinely. K-12 principal roles require master's degrees in educational leadership plus state administrator certification, making H-1B specialty occupation classification strong for school leadership positions across districts facing administrator shortages.
