Product Marketing Jobs in USA with Visa Sponsorship
Product marketing managers can qualify for H-1B visa sponsorship, though marketing roles sometimes face extra scrutiny from USCIS on whether they truly require a specific bachelor's degree. Tech companies, SaaS firms, and large consumer brands are the most likely sponsors, especially when the role involves market research, data analysis, or competitive intelligence. Having an MBA or a degree in marketing with a quantitative focus strengthens the petition. This is a sponsorship-possible but not sponsorship-easy field. Location: In-Person (New York, NY)
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
Commitment: 25-40 hours/week (Summer 2026), with a transition to part-time during the academic year.
Position Overview
At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation. To scale our technology, we need to scale our team with top-tier talent. We are looking for a highly analytical, deeply curious intern with a true builder mentality to join us in our New York office. This is not a traditional HR internship. This role is designed as a training ground for future Product Managers. You will treat our recruiting pipeline and internal operations like a product—analyzing the data, identifying bottlenecks, testing solutions, and optimizing the "user" (candidate) experience. You will work closely with leadership to recruit the best talent while learning how to build, ship, and scale processes from the ground up.
What You Will Build & Manage
- Executive Presence: Manage LinkedIn strategy for founders and executives to establish Eulerity as a thought leader in AI and Ad-Tech.
- Multimedia & Editorial: Launch and manage a podcast for prospects; oversee the creation of industry insight reports, white papers, and long-form blog content (leveraging AI to accelerate drafting and scale output).
- Newsletter Management: Curate and distribute a regular network newsletter to engage our ecosystem.
- Outbound Strategy: Develop high-converting SDR talk tracks, cold call scripts, and automated email sequences to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Campaign Management: Execute targeted paid demand generation campaigns including ICP-based LinkedIn targeting, direct marketing, AI powered sales dialers, and organic social programs to drive MQLs.
- Agile Messaging: Segment audiences and tailor messaging to drive impact across industry verticals such as Health & wellness, Fitness, Home Improvement, Real Estate, Tutoring.
- Expansion: Create renewal and upsell collateral to support Customer Success in driving account growth and deeper wallet share.
- Attribution & Scoring: Own marketing attribution and lead scoring models to optimize the MQL-to-SQL handoff.
- AI-First Workflow: Build and iterate on AI-driven workflows that automate repetitive marketing tasks, from content production to campaign execution.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Synthesize performance data to optimize campaigns, tying operational metrics directly to revenue outcomes.
Who You Are
- The Builder Mentality: You do not wait to be told what to do. You see broken processes and immediately want to design a system to fix them.
- Future Product Manager: You have a deep interest in technology, product development, and business strategy. You want to learn how to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Highly Analytical: You make decisions based on data. You are comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) and are eager to learn how to model data effectively.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can context-switch seamlessly between pitching a candidate on Eulerity's vision and presenting a data-backed recommendation to our executive team.
- Commitment: You are ready to dive in full-time (40 hours/week) this summer in our NYC office, with the bandwidth to continue on a part-time basis once the academic year begins.
Why Eulerity?
- Real Mentorship: You will be directly mentored by leadership and gain a front-row seat to how a high-growth AI startup operates.
- Training Ground: The analytical and operational skills you learn here—identifying problems, analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions—are the exact skills required to succeed in Product Marketing.
- Immediate Impact: You will not be fetching coffee. The people you recruit and the systems you build will directly impact our company's success.
Logistics
- Summer 2026, with potential to extend based on performance.
- Hybrid out of our NYC office, 4 days per week in person.
- 30-40 hours per week, flexible schedule.
- $18 to $20 per hour.
- Lunch credits and unlimited snacks when in-office.
- Direct mentorship from senior operators on our team.

Target PMM roles at B2B SaaS companies with technical products
B2B SaaS companies like Snowflake, Datadog, Twilio, and Confluent need product marketers who understand complex technical products and can translate features into business value. The technical depth required for these roles strengthens the specialty occupation case.
Combine marketing skills with technical domain knowledge
Product marketing managers who can read API documentation, understand data infrastructure, or discuss engineering tradeoffs with credibility are significantly more valuable than generalist marketers. This blend of skills makes you harder to replace and justifies the investment in sponsorship.
Build go-to-market case studies that demonstrate strategic impact
Document product launches you led with metrics - pipeline generated, win rate changes, market share impact, or analyst recognition achieved. Concrete go-to-market results give hiring managers evidence that you drive business outcomes beyond standard marketing execution.
Leverage competitive analysis and market research expertise
PMMs who can produce rigorous competitive battlecards, pricing analyses, and market segmentation studies bring strategic value that supports sponsorship justification. Position yourself as someone who shapes product strategy through market intelligence, not just someone who creates marketing collateral.
Consider technical product marketing roles for stronger visa positioning
Roles titled Technical Product Marketing Manager or Solutions Marketing Manager at enterprise software companies explicitly require technical knowledge alongside marketing skills. These hybrid positions present a clearer specialty occupation argument than general product marketing titles.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do tech companies sponsor product marketing managers for H-1B visas?
Yes, technology companies are among the most active sponsors for product marketing roles. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and HubSpot regularly hire product marketing managers and include visa sponsorship as part of their hiring process for qualified candidates.
What makes product marketing different from other marketing roles for visa purposes?
Product marketing sits at the intersection of product strategy, market research, and go-to-market execution. This combination of strategic analysis, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional coordination creates a clear specialty occupation profile that typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical field.
What background do product marketing managers typically have?
Many PMMs hold degrees in marketing, business, or a field related to the industry they serve - such as computer science for technical products. An MBA can be advantageous for senior PMM roles. Prior experience in consulting, product management, or sales engineering is also common.
How to find Product Marketing jobs with visa sponsorship?
To find Product Marketing jobs with visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate, which specializes in connecting international talent with sponsoring employers. Focus your search on tech companies, SaaS startups, and multinational corporations that commonly sponsor H-1B visa, O-1 visa, or other work visas for marketing professionals. These companies typically value Product Marketing expertise for launching products globally and often have established visa sponsorship programs.
Can product marketing roles qualify for STEM OPT?
If your degree is in a STEM field like data science, computer science, or engineering and the product marketing role directly relates to that field, you may qualify. However, traditional marketing or business degrees do not carry STEM CIP codes, so most PMMs receive the standard 12-month OPT period.
What is the prevailing wage requirement for sponsored Product Marketing jobs?
When a U.S. employer sponsors a foreign worker for a work visa, they are legally required to pay at least the "prevailing wage" — the average wage paid to workers in the same occupation, in the same geographic area, with similar experience. This is set by the Department of Labor to prevent employers from hiring foreign workers at below-market rates. The prevailing wage varies significantly by role, location, and experience level — for example, a product marketing in California will have a different prevailing wage than the same role in a smaller state. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search.
