Ontology Business Consultant
Ontology Consultant:
- Titles: Ontologist, Ontology Engineer, Semantic Data Modeler, Knowledge Graph Engineer, Semantic Modeler Lead, Ontology Consultant.
- Tech stack: RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL, Stardog (or GraphDB, Blazegraph, Neptune), Protégé, SKOS taxonomies.
- Experience: designing ontologies/knowledge graphs, translating business requirements into semantic models, integrating multiple source systems, defining validation rules and constraints.
- Stardog and SPARQL (preferred)
- Ontology versioning and change management
- Ensuring the model can be efficiently consumed by dashboards (Power BI), APIs, web UIs, and audit exports
