Job summary:
The IT Finance Business Partner serves as a key financial partner to senior IT leadership, providing financial insights across operational, project, and strategic spending. This role delivers clear, actionable analysis that supports informed decision making, strengthens cost accountability, and enhances the financial performance of the technology organization. One essential function is to build, maintain, and analyze comprehensive financial views across spend categories, enabling leaders to understand total cost of ownership and investment tradeoffs. A Partner to business leaders to strengthen cost accountability practices and reinforce transparency in IT spending.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Seven (7) years of experience in accounting or finance, including two (2) years of strategic cost management required
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Managed care or healthcare experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP Finance and BI tools (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards) preferred
