Business Operations Manager Jobs in USA with Visa Sponsorship
Business operations managers are sponsored at Google, Amazon, Meta, Salesforce, JPMorgan, and multinational corporations for roles overseeing process optimization, cross-functional program execution, and operational analytics that require degrees in business analytics, industrial engineering, or operations research. H-1B visa classification is strongest when the position involves quantitative analysis, systems design, and strategic planning rather than general administrative oversight, and L-1 transfers from international operations teams at companies with global footprints provide a lottery-free pathway for experienced managers.
