The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $50,200.00 TTC to $70,400.00 TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
