INTRODUCTION
STV is seeking an Administrator for our Florida Transportation Assistant Project Management Team in Jacksonville, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide calendar administration
- Report writing, completing correspondences and office & inter-office coordination.
- Assist project team as needed.
- Contract administration and documentation.
- Financial project administration including invoice preparation, A/R, client audit package assembly.
- Providing other office support as needed.
- General office administration.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as administrative assistant.
- High School diploma, Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Must have expertise in all MS Office Applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and others. Must be willing to learn new applications as needed.
- Must be a hard worker, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Accuracy, efficiency, and organization are extremely important in this position.
- Must be able to work without direction, anticipate the needs of executives, proactively solve problems and otherwise contribute to the success of the organization.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skill.
Compensation Range:
$75,980.92 - $86,835.34
