How to find Software Engineering Manager jobs with visa sponsorship?
To find Software Engineering Manager positions with visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate, which specializes in connecting international candidates with sponsoring employers. Focus on tech companies, startups, and Fortune 500 firms that commonly sponsor H-1B, L-1, and O-1 visas for senior technical leadership roles. Filter specifically for management positions requiring both technical expertise and team leadership experience.
What is the typical compensation for sponsored Engineering Manager roles?
Engineering managers at FAANG earn $280,000 to $520,000 with equity. Senior EMs earn $350,000 to $600,000. Directors of engineering earn $400,000 to $700,000.
What qualifications strengthen an Engineering Manager's sponsorship case?
A CS or software engineering degree is required. Prior individual contributor engineering experience demonstrates technical depth. Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers with demonstrated shipping velocity, retention, and technical quality differentiates you from non-technical managers.
