ABOUT THE ROLE
DuPont is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Account Manager to support the Tedlar® sales organization across the Americas. This is an individual contributor role focused on growing existing business, winning new customers, and strengthening strategic partnerships across Industrial and Manufacturing markets.
Tedlar® Account Manager – Americas
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Travel: Up to 40%
Reporting to: Global VP, Sales & Marketing
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Grow adoption of the Tedlar® portfolio with new and existing customers
- Manage and expand business across a diverse customer base
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive short‑ and long‑term growth
- Partner with Application Development and Sales Operations to deliver competitive solutions
- Develop key relationships across complex value chains and customer organizations
- Identify new business opportunities through trade shows and industry events
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Translate market insights into clear account strategies and action plans
- Own customer relationships—from technical teams to executive leadership
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and order bookings
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Support customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication and feedback
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Independent, results‑driven approach
- Strong ability to build and sustain customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Protective Films (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Preferred location: Wilmington, DE
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite
