We’re looking for a results oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, educating them and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. As a Sales Account Manager, you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You’ll not only dive deep into data to understand trends, but also communicate the “why” behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customer to facilitate them reaching their business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail partners and will drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration. The Sales Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of client-facing role including, but not limited to, digital marketing, analytics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media
- Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network and experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
- Experience communicating effectively with external partners and delivering results for advertisers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
